At SonicSavvy, we aim to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to assist.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the product must be:
• In the same condition as when received.
• Unused and with tags attached.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at admin@sonicsavvy.ca. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us right away at admin@sonicsavvy.ca, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Custom or personalized electronics.
• Items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.
For questions about specific products, feel free to contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please first follow the return process. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
